Working Principle of AAREAL AYGO Powerful Vibrating Sieve:
Different from the general rotary vibrating screen, our AYGO powerful metal powder vibrating sieve‘s vibrator adopts a universal motor, utilizes a simple coupling and a solid vibration generating mechanism, successfully and efficiently produces the three-dimensional movement (horizontal, vertical, inclined) unique to the circular screen, and has an unprecedented revolutionary structure.

The upper unbalanced weight is an important component for generating horizontal movement, and the lower unbalanced weight is an important component for generating vertical movement. It is the key to the three-dimensional movement of the vibrating screen and is also an important point in determining the screening efficiency.
The metal powder vibrating screen basically vibrates around the screen surface, and the vibration is generated by weights attached to both ends of the vibrating body shaft.
The rotation of the upper unbalanced weight causes the screen surface to vibrate horizontally, which has the effect of moving the material fed to the center of the screen surface in the direction of rotation.
The rotation of the lower unbalanced weight causes the screen surface to vibrate vertically and move toward the periphery.
In other words, these vibrations combine to cause the screen surface to produce a three-dimensional movement. By changing the phase of the upper unbalanced weight relative to the lower unbalanced weight, the nature of the vibration can be changed, so that a movement suitable for the characteristics of the material being processed can be obtained.
