Two-mass resonance balanced vibratory conveyors are designed to prevent environmental vibration by the use of a simple structure to prevent vibration from being transmitted to the floor.
An effective balance of trough and counterweight neutralizes vibration, and the equipment is also mounted on vibration-damping springs, minimizing the degree of vibration transmitted to the floor or base.
The upper and lower body of the vibrating conveyor must be balanced more precisely. When the balance is not accurate, unbalanced inertial forces will be transmitted to the foundation.

The conveyor trough is connected with the base frame of the equipment through the resonance spring to form a resonance system, and the motor and eccentric connecting rod excitation system are installed on the base frame.
Working Principle:
The vibration force is transmitted to the conveyor trough through the elastic connecting rod system, which causes the resonance between the conveyor trough and the base frame. Since the mass of the base frame is greater than the conveying trough, the conveying trough and the base frame are in a stable near-resonance working state, the system tuning value can be flexibly adjusted by increasing or decreasing the weight of the base frame and the spring stiffness, so as to obtain the ideal working state for different densities of materials and conveying capacity.
Since the vibration amplitude of the base frame is obviously less than the vibration amplitude of the conveying trough body, and the vibration force of the conveying trough body and the base frame basically cancel each other, the reaction force generated during the work of the equipment is relatively small, and the reaction force transmitted to the foundation will be further reduced after the shock isolation by the shock absorption system, so this type of conveyor has no special requirements for the installation of the foundation.
