Description

The elastic connecting rod vibratory conveyor can be divided into three types: three-mass fully balanced type, two-mass resonance type and simple single-mass type according to the number of vibratory bodies.

  Single-Mass Vibratory Conveyor: only the trough produces vibration, so the vibration force is transmitted to the foundation, which is mostly light.

  Two-Mass Resonance Vibratory Conveyor and Three-mass Fully Balanced Vibratory Conveyor: In addition to the trough, there are also counterweights participating in the vibration. The structure is a little complicated, but the vibration force on the foundation can be basically eliminated, and the resonance principle is used to minimize the required excitation force.

Three-mass fully balanced vibratory conveyor use the fully balanced system. The upper and lower troughs are coupled together by springs, and mounted at the central point of the coupling on a fixed frame. Both troughs are vibrated by means of motor-driven eccentric crank action and spring-generated resonant vibration.

 

Features:

In addition to the advantages of two-mass resonance type, the outstanding advantages of this conveyor are as follows:

  1. Because the inertial force is well balanced, the inertial vibration force (dynamic load) transmitted to the foundation is very small.
  2. When it is installed on the floor or steel structure support, it has unparalleled vibration reduction advantages compared with other types of vibration conveyors.
  3. The structure of the conveyor is simple, easy to install and maintain.
  4. Operating noise is less than 75dB.
  5. It is suitable for long distance and wide trough conveying requirements.
  6. The conveying trough can be equipped with a screen, and the single or double layers of conveying trough body can realize the classification or separation of materials while conveying materials.
  7. If the balance body is changed into the conveyor trough body, the upper and lower layers of the conveyor trough body can realize the reverse conveying at the same time, and the use of two conveyors can be achieved without increasing the equipment and space.
  8. For the high temperature materials that need to be transported, the particle size, corrosion, relative hardness of the material are not limited. According to the different conveying materials, stainless steel plate or composite material can be used.
  9. Drying, cooling, sorting, drainage and other processes can be carried out simultaneously, making this transmission program an extremely efficient method.
  10. Rotation, swing, friction, consumption and other parts require little lubricating oil injection, low failure rate. Maintenance is very easy.

 

Advantages:

In addition to the advantages of the double-mass resonance type, the fully balanced vibration conveyor has the advantages of small inertial vibration force (dynamic load) transmitted to the foundation and low noise, which is suitable for conveying requirements of long distance and wide trough. When it is installed on the floor or steel structure support, it has incomparable shock absorption advantages compared with other types of vibration conveyors.

If the balance body is used as the conveying trough body, the upper and lower two layers of troughs conveying can be realized at the same time. Without increasing the equipment and space, the use effect of two conveyors is produced. The conveying trough body can be equipped with a screen, which can realize the classification of materials while conveying.

Working Principle:

The fully balanced vibration conveyor adopts the elastic support type, which makes the conveyor trough body and the balance body form a two-mass resonance system with completely balanced mass. The two masses are connected by resonance coil spring and elastic guide rod. Under the action of the exciter, the conveyor trough forms a resonance system with the balance body, and the inertial vibration force generated by the resonance system is basically cancelled in the system. The equipment support frame is connected to the installation base through the spring isolation system, which can again reduce the unbalanced vibration caused by the change of material flow in the trough body, so the equipment dynamic load on the foundation is very small.

This type of vibration conveyor is a new type of vibration conveyor developed on the basis of two-mass resonance type. It uses conveying trough and balance body (or conveying trough) with the same mass for relative movement. When the conveying trough is used as the balance body, the material can be transported bidirectional at the same time. The conveying trough body and the balance body (or conveying trough) are connected by a swinging rod, and a rubber hinge is arranged in the middle position of the swinging rod, and the support is supported on the foundation through the rubber hinge. When the machine is running, the two vibrating bodies vibrate in opposite directions because the guide rod swings around the center point. When the mass of the two bodies is equal, the inertia force generated by the two bodies is equal and opposite in direction, and their inertia force is balanced, so it is called “balanced” vibratory conveyor.

Application:

AAREAL eccentric connecting rod fully balanced vibratory conveyor screen can be widely used for screening sugar, salt, chemical fertilizer, activated carbon, resin particles, polyethylene particles, HDPE powder, LDPE powder, condiments etc. Take our ABM1800-11 for an example. The trough width is 1800mm, and trough length is 11.5 meters. Conveying and screening sugar, the capacity is about 30~50 tons/hour.
