This High Efficiency Probability Linear Vibrating Screen shown in the video is used for screening Silica Sand, with 4 layers of screens but only 3 discharge ports, 4 mesh~40 mesh woven wire mesh, more than 30 tons per hour capacity.

  Driven by two vibrating motors, this kind of probability sieve machine mainly uses the principle of probability screening. It has the similar working principle with the Mogensen Sizer abroad. The screen surface for each layer is not parallel. The angle of the screen increases from top to bottom.

  As you can see in the photo above, this Mogensen vibrating sizer has 4 screen decks. In order to replace the screen easily, our engineer make a special design in the fixing of the screens. When people want to change the screen of a certain layer, they can loosen the screws corresponding to that screen deck, remove the hook plates at the front and back ends of the screen, and pull the screen out. Then hook one end of the new screen to the hook plate on the frame of one end of the sieve machine, and pull the other end of the screen to the other end of the sieve machine. At this time, hook the hook plate at this end of the screen to the screen frame and tighten the screws.
