It is widely used in dozens of tons of sugar fine screening.
1800*3600mm model is between 1500*3600mm and 2000*5000mm, and is a very classic model. This model can be loaded into an ordinary 20 feet container, which greatly saves transportation costs and has a high cost performance.
The unique Gyratory Reciprocating Motion brings more efficiency to the screening. The gyratory screener can spreads sugar material across the full width of the screen surface, no need to design additional feeding equipment. It can effectively remove the near-size, achieving highest Accuracy and Efficiency. This gyratory sifter for sugar adopts silicone balls to clean the mesh, which can reduce blinding for greater uptime. Besides, all the discharge ports are at the bottom of the screen box, which allows for faster discharge of sugar materials, improving the capacity or output.
Our gyratory screening machine can be designed 1~4 layers with 2~5 discharge ports. The Max. size we can make is 2000*5000mm. For sugar application, it usually uses Stainless Steel or Aluminium Alloy material for contact parts. Besides, for small size gyratory screener, we can also design it Side Door Type, such as 2000*3600mm (2 layers), 1800*3600mm, 1500*5000mm, 1500*3600mm, 1500*3000mm etc. And it will be easy to replace the screen with this design.
