One of our customers who produce Chinese Tofu bean curd requested a simple and inexpensive vibrating screen for sifting hot soybean milk.
Mesh size 140 mesh (about 106μm), with 2 discharge ports, and only the part contact raw material is made of stainless steel 304. Besides, the bottom shall be raised to facilitate receiving materials.
According to customer’s requirement, we choose our high frequency vibration filter separator for him (see below photo for reference). This kind of vibrating sieve is cheaper than general rotary vibrating screen, and can meet the requirements of the customer for filtering output. And the discharge port adopts a tubular design to facilitate the outflow of liquid soybean milk.
Some of our clients use common standard Rotary Vibrating Sieve to filter liquid soybean milk.
And if people require a not big capacity, they may prefer to using our 450 type filter machine. It is very convenient for small-scale production.
